India vs Australia Live Score, World Cup 2023: They were all out for 199 with the spinners keeping them under the pump but the pressure began with Jasprit Bumrah bagging the wicket of Mitchell Marsh off the second ball of the third over. Steve Smith and David Warner then seemed to settle Australia with a 69-run partnership off 85 balls. Warner then fell on 41 off 52 balls to Kuldeep Yadav and from there, Australia never managed to look quite as steady. They were 110/2 when Smith fell in 28th over to Jadeja and they went on to lose their next eight wickets for 89 runs.
Ravindra Jadeja took three wickets for 28 runs, with two of those coming in the same over. Kuldeep took two while Ravichandran Ashwin took one. Pacers Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Hardik Pandya were all among the wickets as well. Bumrah dismissed Australia captain Pat Cummins as well while Siraj and Pandya took a wicket each.
And yet, India arguably still hold the edge. With their top players back from injuries, the Men in Blue have once again become a force to reckon with, clinching the Asia Cup and reasserting their dominance just before the World Cup. Jasprit Bumrah is making the new ball swing like a frisbee, KL Rahul has found his second-coming in the middle order, Shreyas Iyer has scored a century on return and Kuldeep Yadav is riding on a high of a newly-rediscovered confidence.
